AGREEMENT TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry for this promotion, I hereby confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

THE ORGANISER

  1. Reckitt Benckiser (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Reckitt”) is the organiser of this Enfagrow Pro A+ 2023 Chinese New Year Redemption Campaign (“Promotion’’).

GENERAL

  1. This Promotion is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above, except the directors, employees and immediate family members of Reckitt, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (each referred to herein as a participant). Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings.

  2. For the purposes of the Promotion, the “Company”, “us” or “we” shall refer to Reckitt. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the term “Reckitt” shall also include third parties (including but not limited to any agent, partner, participating establishment and/or contractor) involved in the running and/or mechanics of this Promotion.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

  1. The Company reserves the right at any time and in its absolute discretion to vary the Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) and/or to withdraw or terminate the Promotion without prior notice or reason.

  2. All decisions made by the Company in relation to the Promotion, the Terms and Conditions and any aspect thereof are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

  3. All Goods and Services are:

    1. subject to stock availability;
    2. not exchangeable for cash or credit unless specifically stated;
    3. if unclaimed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will be dealt with at the Company’s sole discretion; and
    4. the Company reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the said Goods and Services at any time without prior notice.

PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:00 (Singapore time) on 1st Jan 2023 and conclude at 23:59 (Singapore time) on 15th Feb 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). The official time keeping device of the Promotion will be the Organiser’s computer. Any Entry submitted beyond the deadline will not be accepted (“Period”).

PROMOTION DETAILS/ MECHANICS

  1. The Promotion will run from 1st Jan 2023 to 15th Feb 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”) in participating retailer chains below (each an “Outlet”, and collectively the “Outlets”), including the respective online store of the Outlets, where applicable:

    • (a) All NTUC FairPrice outlets in Singapore;
    • (b) All Cold Storage outlets in Singapore;
    • (c) All Market Place by Jasons outlets in Singapore;
    • (d) All Jasons Deli outlets in Singapore;
    • (e) All Giant Singapore outlets in Singapore;
    • (f) All Sheng Siong outlets in Singapore;
    • (g) All Guardian outlets in Singapore;
    • (h) All Watson outlets in Singapore;
  1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions set out herein and in any message or communication by the Company relating to the Promotion.

  2. During the Promotion Period, each participant may, with a minimum purchase of Three Hundred and Seventy Singapore Dollars Only (SGD 370.00) on products of the Participating Brand (as defined below) from any participating Outlet (“Qualifying Purchase”), to redeem Promotion Gift (as defined below) while stocks last on a first-come first serve basis, in accordance with the redemption mechanism set out below.

  3. “Participating Brand” shall refer to the following (Not applicable for all Mead Johnson Nutrition Stage 1, Stage 2 products and Enfagrow Pro A+ promotional twin packs):

    • (a) Enfagrow Pro A+ Stage 3 (800G/1.74KG/1.8 KG); 
      (b) Enfagrow Pro A+ Stage 4 (900G/1.8 KG); 
      (c) Enfagrow Pro A+ Stage 5 (800G/1.8 KG)
      (d) Enfagrow A+ Gentlease Stage 3 (800g); and
      (e) Enfamama A+ Chocolate and Vanilla
  1. “Promotion Gift” shall refer to one (1) set of BRUNO Enamel Pot and Saucepan worth Two Hundred and Four Singapore Dollars Nett (SGD 204). The Company shall not be responsible for any cancellation, change, or additional cost incurred by the participant in relation to the Promotion Gift.

  2. The “Qualifying Purchase” shall be made in multiple receipts (no limit) to accumulate to the minimum purchase. Except for “Qualifying Purchase” made on FairPrice Online, shall be made in a single receipt.

  3. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other media platforms. By submitting your personal information to the Organiser, you agree to release Facebook or any unaffiliated media platforms from any and all liabilities.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

  1. To be entitled to redeem a Promotion Gift, participants will be required to register via www.enfaparents.com (“Website”) during the Promotion Period and provide the following details:

    • (a) Full name as per NRIC; 
      (b) Singapore registered mobile number; 
      (c) Email address; 
      (d) Delivery address;
      (e) Participant’s age;
      (f) Participant’s child’s age
  1. Participants must also submit the following information relating to their Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period via the Website:

    • (a) Receipt number of the Qualifying Purchase;
    • (b) Upload image of the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase; and
    • (c) Outlet where the Qualifying Purchase was made
  1. In relation to sub-clause (b) above, the participant must keep all the original receipts as proof of purchase.

  2. In relation to clause 15-16 above, it is not applicable for purchases made on FairPrice Online. Purchases made on FairPrice Online shall directly redeem the Promotion Gift from the platform.

  3. Each submission must be received by the Company from 1st Jan 2023 and no later than 11.59pm on the 15th Feb 2023 to qualify for the redemption.

  4. Upon submitting the information above, the Company’s relevant partner(s) shall proceed to verify the details provided by the participant within five (5) working days.

  5. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any redemption entries which do not meet below criteria. The following are non-exhaustive examples of submissions that will be rejected:

    • (a) Incorrect product purchased; 
      (b) Incorrect quantity of Participating Products purchased; 
      (c) Purchase of Participating Product was made before the commencement of the Promotion Period or after the end of the Promotion Period; 
      (d) Unclear image of the receipt uploaded; or 
      (e) Outlet name reflected in the image of the receipt uploaded does not correspond with the list of participating Outlets. 
      (d) Receipts submitted per submission are not from the same retailer chain
  1. Participants who do not comply with the foregoing requirements will be automatically disqualified and rejected from the Promotion.

REDEMPTION MECHANICS

  1. Each participant is only entitled to maximum THREE (3) sets of BRUNO Pot and Saucepan (the “Promotion Gift”) using the same Singapore mobile phone number while stocks last, provided that the participant has made the requisite Qualifying Purchase for each such purchase.

  2. Upon completing the verification process, participants will receive an Email/SMS containing one of the following messages:

    • (a)The participant has successfully qualified to purchase the Promotion Gift; 
      (b) The participant does not qualify to purchase the Promotion Gift; or
      (c) The participant needs to resubmit the information in clause 16 above relating to the image of the original receipt of the Qualifying Purchase(s).
  1. Where the participant has successfully qualified to purchase the Promotion Gift, the participant be notified via Email/SMS from the Company’s relevant partner(s) for collection of Promotion Gift. Any recipient of a Promotion Gift shall be deemed to have forfeited the relevant Promotion Gift if he / she is unable to / failed to collect the Promotion Gift or remains uncontactable on best effort basis with maximum three (3) attempts of which the next two (2) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours from the first attempt.

  2. The Promotion Gift shall be delivered between 1st Jan 2023 to 20th Feb 2023 (both dates inclusive) (the “Redemption Period”). The Company and/or the Company’s relevant partner(s) may amend the Redemption Period from time to time in its discretion as communicated by the Company and/or the Company’s relevant partner(s).

  3. All Promotion Gifts are to be redeemed on website before the end of the Redemption Period and any attempt at arranging for delivery shall be forfeited and/or invalid after such date.

  1. Where the Promotion Gifts have been fully redeemed, the participant will be informed by the Company’s relevant partner(s) that the Promotion Gifts have been fully redeemed and the Promotion has ceased.

  2. The participant is required to furnish the following documents for verification of identity and proof of purchase purposes:

    • (a) Original NRIC/passport/work permit; and
    • (b) All original proof of receipt(s) uploaded evidencing the Qualifying Purchase made by the participant
  1. In relation to clause 23-29 above, it is not applicable for purchases made on FairPrice Online. Purchases made on FairPrice Online shall directly redeem the Promotion Gift from the platform.

  2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has the sole discretion to:

    • (a) void or reject any redemption attempt or participation in the Promotion which in its opinion is fraudulent, not genuine or which does fulfil the Promotion requirements; and
    • (b) determine when the Promotion Gift has been fully redeemed and reject any further redemptions.
  1. The Company will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, corrupted, illegible, misdirected or incomplete confirmation of participation in the Promotion and/ or uploading images of receipts of Qualifying Purchases uploaded, or for any confirmation of participation in the Promotion and/ or receipts of Qualifying Purchases not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted communications or to other delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of facts in respect of the Promotion Gift offered and published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no representations and/or warranties with respect to any Promotion Gift provided under the Promotion. In particular, the Company gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability, quality of the Promotion Gift or their suitability for any purpose.

  3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Gift, regardless of its condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for use, or failure by the participant to redeem the same within the Promotion Period, is not exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The estimated value of the Promotion Gift is correct at the time of printing.

  4. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event whatsoever shall the participant be entitled to any refund of monies or compensation.

  5. Unless otherwise stated herein, the Company is under no obligation to contact the participants in relation to the Promotion or any part thereof. Should the Company choose to do so, the Company will make only reasonable efforts to contact the participants.

Additional Terms

  1. By participating in this promotion, participants will be deemed to (i) have consented to Reckitt and its sponsor to use any participant information for future advertising and publicity purposes, unless otherwise notified in writing to Reckitt; and (ii) have read and understood these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. Any additions, amendments and modifications to the “Enfagrow Pro A+ 2023 Chinese New Year Redemption Campaign
    and its related promotional materials may be made from time to time without prior notice.

  2. The Company collects personal information in order to conduct this Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties (located within and beyond Singapore), including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Singapore regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Company may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to Reckitt. All submissions become the property of Reckitt.

  3. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Reckitt (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

    • (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Reckitt’s control); 
      (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third party interference; 
      (c) any Entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the RB) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Reckitt; 
      (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; 
      (e) if the Promotion is cancelled or delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of  Reckitt; 
      (f) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or Entrant; or
      (g) use of the Prize.
  1. Reckitt makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes or other items furnished by third parties in connection with this Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH ITEMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND RB HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

  2. Reckitt is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Promotion.
